The main reception at HTB is the hub of daily activity and deals with hundreds of phone enquiries and personal callers every day. Our receptionists ensure that all visitors are received in a polite, friendly and professional manner. This busy and varied role also coordinates a range of administrative tasks to support the church.
As the successful candidate for this full-time position, you will have reception and administrative experience, the ability to remain calm under pressure and to handle a range of enquiries simultaneously. You are computer literate and most importantly you are passionate about providing the highest standards of service.
